Manolo's Spring Collection includes the palest petal pink patent leather on several of their signature styles. Maybe it's because I'm watching Sex and the City reruns, maybe it's the intoxication of the shiny patent leather... whichever it is, my personal favorite is the Campari Mary Jane. The pink patent is available in several other styles as well, any of which would look amazing under your wedding gown!

I have a "thing" for patterns. If truth be told, I would be-deck myself in several different patterns day and night, top to bottom were it not socially unacceptable. While wearing several at once can be... tricky, wearing one really great one is totally fine, not to mention highly recommended. I stumbled on these dresses from Milly over at Revolve Clothing and thought they might satisfy any pattern cravings you might have. Bridal Shower? Bachelorette? Rehearsal Dinner? Sure!

A few weeks ago it was gold flats from J. Crew. Today it's silver ones from Piperlime. It's just so hard to resist comfort and beauty in the same shoe! I love the silver pebble details on the bottom ones, and the bows on the top ones are perfectly pretty without being overly precious.

I love the rope-y details on these dresses from J Crew, they have a formal yet nautical feel without being overly themey. They also come in loads of pretty colors. Bridesmaids? I say one in each color!

These beautiful calla rings from Favero Arte Italiana make such a nice alternative to the traditional solitaire. While the diamonds are still front and center, the format is so unique. You know me, I love anything as long as it's not everywhere! This particular designer also makes a larger version, all are available online at Ylang 23.

In the midst of the search for my wedding gown I drooled over many expensive designer gowns far out of my price range, and like most people, I couldn't justify the extraordinary cost. So today when Ingrid from Bell'ancora emailed me to let me know of her collection of affordable designer gowns, I was excited about sharing them with you. Reem Acra, Ulla Maija, Monique Lhuillier, Priscilla of Boston... the list goes on. They are all either once or never worn, and most are priced at about 1/2 their original cost. Sizes are listed on the site, along with measurements and the condition of the dresses. It's worth a look!

Love these shoes! The V strap, the bow, the distressed metallic finish, all good. Just enough style, just enough class. Not for the faint of purse, but a wonderful splurge if you're looking for one.

These beautiful little blooms are the product of an ancient Japanese tradition known as Tsumami Kanzashi (the art of pinching luxurious silks into flower-shaped hair ornaments). Atelier Kanawa makes both traditional & modern Tsumami Kanzashi and was professionally trained by one of the only 15 acknowledged Tsumami Kanzashi artisans in Japan. Not only are these flowers the continuation of a beautiful and ancient tradition, but the folded version will not wilt like the real ones, and will be just as beautiful in 20 years as they are today. Wearing one of these in your 'do would be a wonderful way to acknowledge Japanese heritage in your family if you happen to have it.

Erin Rosenow has just opened a delightful floral shop in San Francisco called Rosenow Floral Design. Not only does she have gorgeous style, but according to her email, Rosenow is really her actual last name. If you are lucky enough to be local, please be sure check her out. Looking for a registry alternative to Bed Bath and Beyond? Design Public has some wonderful options, especially in the bedding area. These soft n' fluffies from Jiti are some of my favorites. It may be the fact that it's late and I'm tired, but this bed looks so incredibly comfortable!

I am not tall. If I were, I would forsake my heels for the comfort of attractive flats like these. Alas, I am not tall. I shall look on with envy.

Love these adorable pendants from Howlin Doggie over on Etsy. There are so many great little gift ideas on Etsy, from jewelry to handbags, I find something new every time I visit!

They may not be white, but they ARE gorgeous designer gowns at great prices. I would be excited to wear either down the aisle, or anywhere else for that matter. The one shouldered one is from Notte by Marchesa (again!), and the silver stunner is Badgley Mischka. Both around $1000.

Altogether glamorous and ethereal, the dresses from Johanna Johnson are right up my alley. Having never stumbled across her creations before, I was thrilled to discover her Hollywood-esque gowns yesterday via my friend Deirdre, who recently got engaged (!) and is on the hunt for the perfect dress. I think she's on the right track!

Nicole over at Yen Jewelry just sent me some fantastic images of her newest pieces. Hand coiled and meticulously styled, each piece is unlike anything I've seen elsewhere.
